Welcome to the Community portion of this group: HereĀ is the perfect place if you want to hang out with other members and participate in the discussions and even answer questions relevant to the growth of your business and well-being of your employees.

There are a few sections in this community I'd like to share with you.

CHANNELS: These are discussion topics you'll see on the left hand side. These range from how to create Deep Work/Flow States and develop morning rituals to how to take advantage of Workforce Development Incentives. If you have any questions or thoughts regarding these individual topics, please do so in the appropriate channel.

LATEST POSTS: Here you'll find the "latest posts" by myself and other members. Reading these and hearing the cool stories, is a perfect way to learn personal energy generating techniques and other self-care methods. Mini-win stories on developing powerful habits are always group favorites.

And yes, I will have humor weaved all around with best practices of restraint in judgemental jabs, obnoxious faces, and dark side thoughts.

CHALLENGES: We'll be following one or two member challenges at a time that will give you ideas and inspiration of implementing your own. It could be doing movement exercises for 5 minutes every morning or maybe two breathwork/mental prep sessions a day.

LIBRARY/ARCHIVES: You'll like using this feature to review past video's and post's that you feel can help you in sustaining high-performance and implementing self-care strategies.

Plus, it's a great way to get a quick reset or chunk of inspiration.
